Responsibilities
- 01 Independently develop the application using a Laravel backend, Next.js frontend, PostgreSQL, Redis, and GitLab.
- 02 Integrate the application with SIPP APIs to support relevant personnel and position data requirements.
- 03 Develop the project scope for submission, verification, revision, approval, rejection, history, status monitoring, notification, and reporting workflows.
- 04 Manage backend development, frontend implementation, database design, API integration, debugging, testing, optimization, and deployment activities.
- 05 Translate stakeholder requirements into prioritized technical tasks and manage the development backlog.
- 06 Serve as the on-site technical liaison between users, client stakeholders, company management, and the project team.
- 07 Lead project discussions and deliver weekly progress reports covering completed work, current development, blockers, and follow-up actions.
- 08 Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and deployment activities as features reach delivery readiness.
