Responsibilities

  1. 01 Analyze business processes, user needs, and operational requirements related to temporary e-KTA issuance and verification.
  2. 02 Gather and clarify stakeholder requirements, then translate them into functional specifications, system workflows, technical tasks, and development priorities.
  3. 03 Design and improve the temporary e-KTA printing and barcode-based information access workflows for authorized users at Polres, Polda, and Mabes Polri levels.
  4. 04 Independently develop and maintain the application using Laravel, Blade, PostgreSQL, Redis, and GitLab.
  5. 05 Manage backend development, frontend implementation, database processes, API development, debugging, testing, optimization, and deployment.
  6. 06 Evaluate existing system behavior, identify process gaps, and recommend functional and technical improvements.
  7. 07 Manage the development backlog and prioritize tasks based on stakeholder needs and project objectives.
  8. 08 Serve as the on-site liaison between users, client stakeholders, company management, and the internal project team.
  9. 09 Lead requirement discussions, present weekly progress updates, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing, deployment, issue verification, and post-release follow-up.

Impact

Enables authorized users across Polres, Polda, and Mabes Polri levels to print temporary e-KTA documents and access related card information through barcode scanning, while improving process clarity, system usability, and project coordination.
